Chocolate Chip Cookie For One

I just read this post from Jenny of Picky Palate and had to share it with you: Brown Butter Salted Chocolate Chip Cookie for One.  You know when you are at the mall and your kids stop at the Mrs. Field's window to admire the pizza-sized cookie? You tell your kids no way but secretly you agree, a huge cookie looks so deliciously fun! So why not bake a cookie for one? While this recipe won't give you a pizza-sized (which is not intended to be eaten by one, I hope) it will give you a big saucer-sized cookie that will make your kids' eyes widen. Maybe add red sugar on top instead of salt. You could even try doubling the recipe for two cookies. A perfect way to say "I love you" this Thursday on Valentine's Day.
